About Rudn Enclave
Of all the recently launched housing projects in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Rudn Enclave stands out because of its significant location and extremely low prices. It plans for 14,000 kanals of premium land near Khasala Dam, which stretches west to Java Dam and to Chakri Road in the south.
RMSSCO Pvt. Ltd. is the owner and initial developer of this residential project. It has a two-year contract with Nes-pak for the design and master planning of the 10,000 kanal land project. Recently, Nes-pak has been tasked with finalising a well-known developer to ensure international standards of community development, which is expected to be completed by September 2020.

Rudn Enclave NOC
The Rudn Enclave`s developer has already applied to acquire the due approval of NOC from concerned authority Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Even at this initial stage, the response from the investors is overwhelming. It is believed that the Enclave will soon acquire the NOC from RDA in the coming months.
The NOC approval is under process takes some time because it involves the approval of a dozen of approvals that may include for Gas, Electricity, Water, land transfer/ownership. These all are to be obtained from the concerned departments. Hence the whole process takes time of several months.
Executive Block
Executive Block is newly launched on Adiala Road. It starts just right from Adiala Road and leads to the Jawa Dam. This will be linked to the General Block and Ring Road through an internal 250 ft. wide main boulevard that will link both areas.
Executive Clock is considered to be the role model Block of this society. It will offer 7, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots and commercial plots of 4 & 8 Marla. This exclusive Block will be different from the rest of the Blocks because the high-end amenities are unique and the most modern. This is the reason to incorporate all these facilities larger-sized plots are included and 5 Marla plots are excluded.
Every part of this Block is going to stand above the other Blocks and so is the development process. 40 feet is the size of streets and 60% is reserved for the facilities and amenities such as parks, sports facilities, etc.

Rudn Enclave Executive Block Prices and Ballot Criteria
Unlike the old blocks, the executive block is a completely different project. There are a total of 5000 residential plots in this block, and plot sizes are 7 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal. These plots will be launched in 3 phases, ie in the first phase 1500 plots will be sold at initial prices, then in the second phase at 1500 revised prices and then in the third phase 2000 plots will be included at higher prices.

Rudn Enclave is ideally located on Mouza Khasala Khurd, adjacent to Khasala Dam on Adiala Road, Rawalpindi. The location is accessible via Chakri Road, Saddar and Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension. Development Status
As mentioned earlier, RMRSCO was involved in self-development work on the project and completed about 20% of the land work in Block A. Development work has literally stalled since the plan was changed, but some bulldozers are busy levelling the land. Appropriate development will begin once the required items have been finalised.

Rudn Enclave has released a partial map of some blocks, namely Block A to Block G. . Block B is reserved for the villa, and will be sold at a later stage of development. D and E blocks include 4 kanal and 8 kanal farmhouses as well as commercial plots.
The minimum street size is 30 feet, while the minimum road size is 60 feet. The main roads are 200 feet wide, and all commercial plots of 1 kanal are located on these 200 feet wide roads.
