Gulberg Housing Scheme Islamabad, also known as IBECHS Phase 3. It is a residential scheme of the Intelligence Bureau Cooperative Housing Scheme (IBECHS). Located at the forefront of the Central Islamabad Expressway near Airport Chowk. This is probably the type of investment you are looking for. The project is in progress at a time when some blocks are now fully ready and ready for occupation.

Gulberg Greens Agro Farm Housing Scheme is located at Mouza Coral in Zone IV of Islamabad on the Main Expressway. Gulberg has completed the development of A, B and C blocks where the property has been declared. Block D&E is currently being developed where hundreds of workers and machinery are working for the rapid development of the project.
A commercial plaza project called Gulberg Trade Center in Block B of Gulberg Greens has also recently been launched where bookings for shops and apartments are underway.
Commercial plots of size 40 × 40 have been launched in Block B, where a small commercial area has been developed near the entrance on the right after crossing the first bridge. The prices of these advertisements are very high, i.e. more than Rs. 3.50 crore which is payable in 4 equal installments. However, this place is very interesting and in the coming years it may be the most expensive commercial area of this society.
Gulberg Residencia is located 6 to 7 km from Islamabad Highway. The 220-foot-wide Gulberg Expressway connects the Gulberg Greens to the Gulberg Residencia via a bridge currently under construction. The revised layout plan was approved by the CDA in 2010 and issued in NOC 2011.
