Capital Development Authority was established in 1960 for the public benefit and providing the municipal services in Islamabad Capital Territory. The area of CDA Islamabad is 906.50sq Km , Islamabad city is divided in 5 different zones. Zone I is a largest area developed residential, it is divided in different sectors each sector define a alphabet letter and numbers , total land are around 2 squire Kilometer.
Sector I-12 Islamabad is an ideal location in twin cities Islamabad / Rawalpindi. It is located at I.J.P road ( inter-junction Principal road) adjacent to sector I-11.It has two accesses Suri Nagger Highway Islamabad and I.J.P road.
CDA Chairman Mr.Amer Ali Ahmed inaugurated the 9 June 2022 in a formal ceremony. The Board members and officials from the relevant department attend the inauguration ceremony. The purpose of the ceremony was to speed up the development work of this sector. Sector I-12 Islamabad development work started multiple times in the past. But It has stopped and postpend for different reasons. There are two main reasons: funds and villagers.
Now the CDA resolved these issues and started the work on side. Railway Construction Pakistan Limited (Rail-Cop ) uses the development work of the sector I-12 Islamabad. The development work starts on the side. Last week our team visited the site , the machinery was available. The workers told them they start the work on different sides, and within one few months the cutting and leveling work will be complete.
This is a good time to invest in sector I-12 Islamabad. The development work is starting and within two years 70 to 80 % work will be complete. These days the rates of the plots are affordable. In this sector there are three sizes 5,6, 7 marlas. The prices of the plots are as follows.
5 marla will be start 8.5 millions to 9.5 millions
6 marla will be start 9 million to 10.5 millions
7 marla will be start 11 million to 13 millions
9 marla will be start 15 million to 18 millions
